It’s that time of the year when we’re all rushing around for the perfect gift as we aren’t as prepared as we were adamant we’d be after Christmas last year. For me, one of the easier gifts to shop for is a fragrance set and Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker Gift Set is sure to be a popular option!

Believe it or not, but it’s been a little over ten years since Sarah Jessica Parker released her highly popular fragrance, Lovely, and I have been a fan for a very long time (without giving away my age much!)

The Lovely fragrance is a sweet feminine scent, which has top notes of fresh mandarin, bergamot, rosewood, lavender and apple martini, as well as heart notes of patchouli, paper whites and creamy orchid. To give the perfume more of a warm and earthy tone, the base notes are made of cedar, white amber, musk and woods.

I’ve found that this is a perfume that works well for everyday wear, but is also perfect for special occasions and evenings. It’s such a versatile scent and definitely one I’ve received many compliments on.

Each year the Lovely perfume is released in a number of different gift sets, and this set is great value for the collection. In the set you receive a 100ml EDP spray of the Lovely perfume, a 10ml EDP rollerball of the Lovely perfume and a 200ml soft body lotion (which is slightly fragranced with the Lovely scent, but nothing too overpowering). I’m particularly excited about having the rollerball included, as it’s perfect for travelling.

This would definitely make a gorgeous gift for any lover of sweet but warm toned perfumes – and the Lovely fragrance bottle itself would look great on display.
