I didn’t realise I needed a lip palette until I saw these 2 little beauties from L’Oreal. If you like the idea of customising your lip shades – and I know an absolutely tonne of people who never actually wear one lip shade on its own – then the new L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Lip Palette duo are going to be right up your street.  I have the swatches right here.

They are such gorgeous little compact palettes and the shade harmonies in each are pretty stunning. There’s a classic red palette and a nude, and they each have a good little brush for application.

And of course, you don’t have to just use them to blend your perfect shade, you can also get involved with a bit of ombre lip art! Line the lips with a darker shade and then blend in a lighter one towards the centre of the lips for full-looking luscious lips.

If you haven’t ever tried the Color Riche lipstick formula then, this may be a good place to start. They are truly one of the best formulations on the high street and you’ll get to experiment with a range of finishes. I personally love the mattes.
