So, I have been testing this serum for sixty days and I have been really pleased with the results. Firstly, I have tried a few lash serums over the years, and I have always ended up stopping using them because they can be a little irritating. Whilst I haven’t always noticed the irritation in terms of sensation at first, I suddenly see my eyelids looking red and then start to feel the itch. I haven’t had any redness or irritation with the L’Oreal Paris Clinically Proven Lash Serum.
And apart from that, the most important part is that my lashes are looking so much better. The main difference I have noticed is that they are much fuller, more uniform, and they feel stronger and less brittle. I have also noticed that my lashes aren’t as delicate when removing makeup.
Also, they look a lot longer with mascara on. I think it’s harder to see without mascara, because the roots and tips of my lashes are very fair and particularly the ends are a bit invisible on their own. I still think you can see in the before and after photos though.
Before I go into the zero weeks, four weeks and eight weeks photos, I just wanted to share a quick before and after with mascara because I think this really demonstrates the improvements over the whole trial period. Here I am wearing one coat of one of my fave mascaras on the left side of the photo before I started using the serum:
Now here I am with the same amount of the same mascara on the same eye after using the serum for eight weeks:
These two pics make me so happy with the results! The lashes look so much better on the right side too!

I took some photos right at the beginning before I started using the serum, then mid-way though the trial, and then after using the product for two months. Here they are.
Zero weeks (pre-serum)
Four weeks using the serum twice daily
Eight weeks using the serum twice daily
I think that the lashes look stronger, more even and fuller. And what you can’t see is that they feel silkier and softer, and that mascara glides on like a dream.
It’s really easy to use. You just click the pen and then paint the serum along the lash line and lashes. I keep mine with my toothbrush to help me to remember to apply it twice a day, once in the morning before makeup and once in the evening after I’ve cleansed my makeup off. Easy!
