Laura Mercier Summer 2018 Contents

This collection has been inspired by the ambiance of Cuba and its culture and features gorgeous earthy-toned matte bronzers and gorgeous liquid highlighters. I was super excited to see three new limited edition shades of the Velour Extreme Matte lip too because that’s one of my fave launches in the last 6 months.

I have the full collection here and it’s fab. If you like bronzers you can use to contour with, you’ll love these ones because they aren’t shimmery. Also the illuminators are really good (who’s surprised I love the highlighters!?) and as I said at the top, this lip crayon is one of my fave matte lip formulas.

Laura Mercier Matte Bronzing Powder

This a really well formulated bronzer that’s super easy to use because the texture is really fine and easy to blend. It’s great to warm up the skin and as a contour shade because it’s quite matte and cool-toned enough not to look orange even on paler skins.

I used shade Soleil 1 because I have pale skin. I was really pleased with how it looked but most of all, I was impressed with the longevity it showed. It lasted really well even on a very hot day. It’s staying in my collection.

Laura Mercier Liquid Face Illuminator

I love highlighter drops for their versatility and glowy goodness, so I was super excited to try these.

The formula is lightweight and easy to blend. It uses soft iridescent particles for a pearlescent finish to add light and radiance to the skin.

You can use it alone to highlight, or mix it into moisturiser or foundation for extra glow. You know the drill.

Laura Mercier Summer 2018 Extreme Matte Lipstick Limited Edition Shades

This is such a gorgeous matte lipstick formula, therefore, if you like a bright, poppy shades, now is definitely the time to try it. There are three limited edition shades, Chicas, Havanna and Amor.

You can see the summer Cuban vibe. As a result they may not be for you if you prefer nude tones for the lips.
