Here’s a bit of good news for you! Cult Beauty is now stocking Laura Geller makeup and they have an absolutely gorgeous edit of products. I have the very beautiful Laura Geller The Wearables Eyeshadow Palette and I love it. It has 5 stunning, high quality shades that literally blend themselves! Here’s a look!

Now what an absolute beauty this is. I love the look of baked shadows and these shades are just perfect. The wearables is a perfect name – this truly is eye makeup made easy. The texture is incredible – the shades are super pigmented and easily buildable so you can opt for a soft wash of colour or really build on the intensity for a bit more eye drama!

The shade range is super flattering. There’s a couple of soft gold shades, a beautiful burgundy, an earthy green and the perfect taupe shade. Like I said – wearables is right. But as much as they are wearable, they are not boring at all. They really have a stunning effect on the eyes.

Swatching these shades was the easiest thing over. The lightest touch returned densely pigmented colour that blends softly into the skin. These are dry swatches but they can be used wet for an even more intense result.

The shades are formulated to last all day on the lids. I tried the golds, taupe and burgundy over the new Benefit Air Patrol and it stayed in place and looked as good at the end of the day than when I first applied it.

I will try it without primer and update if I can. From what I can tell though, these shadows are pretty unbeatable in terms of longevity.
