I absolutely love the Immortelle line from L’Occitane and so was delighted to try out this brand new luxury mask that launches this month. Here’s a look at the beautiful L’Occitane Divine Cream Mask which comes with an amazing coat-plated massage applicator for maximum performance.

This really is skincare at its most attractive.

L’Occitane Divine Cream Mask Features

The L’Occitane Divine Cream Mask and Divine Applicator work together to tackle:
- Dehydration
- Lines & wrinkles
- Dull complexion
- Uneven skin tone
- Lack of tone

It promises an immediate relaxing and revitalising effect and leaves skin calm, comfortable and restored. The mask is formulated to have a structure that’s similar to that of skin:
- Substantial oily phase composed of waxes, plant butters and oils with different melting points
- The structure of the formula enables absorption over a period of time
- Immortelle – powerful antioxidant that boosts collagen and firms the skin
- Shea Butter – soothes, repairs and nourishes
- Cistus Extract – calms and relaxes the skin, reduces tightness

Once the mask is first applied it begins to melt. Next the hard fats it contains start to melt and once it is massaged, the emulsion then melts into the skin.

You first use the smooth side of the Divine Applicator to prep the skin for the mask. You work it along the jaw line, upwards from the corners of the mouth and also from the cheekbones. Next you apply a thick layer of the cream and leave for a few minutes to start to melt and sink into the skin.
The Divine massage is again used on the smooth side in gliding motions over the skin, working outward from the centre. Finally you flip the tool and use the nubbed side in circular motions all over the face to boost micro-circulation, soften skin and boost radiance.

By the time I have finished my skin is looking firm, plump, luminous and hydrated. It also feels amazing to touch. I am really getting in to facial massage, particularly since I have been working on the Olay Switch Off project, and the Divine applicator makes it super effective. I am going to be making this a weekly skincare treat.
L’Occitane Divine Cream Mask and Divine Applicator is £88 and launches September 2015.
