If you’ve never heard of KIKO you have some serious catching up to do! They’ve quickly propelled themselves to beauty success with their range of affordable, high quality makeup. They are well known for their frequent new collections and innovative concepts. Earlier this year KIKO collaborated with Ross Lovegrove, to create a gorgeous summer collection. The collection was such a success that they are now back with a special collection for Autumn, the Kiko Neo Noir Collection.

Aptly named ‘Neo Noir’ the collection gives you everything you need for the trends this season. Ross Lovegrove has once again given the collection a modern, elegant finish. He mixes curves and lines together to create something that is feminine and practical. The full collection has over 15 different products, which includes everything from blusher, to bronzer, to brushes and lipstick. Today I’m here to walk you through just a few items that you can pick from.

Kiko Neo Noir Sparkling Trail Eyeshadow

The cream eyeshadows were one of the first products from KIKO I ever tried and I’ve never felt disappointed. They are super creamy and soft as you apply them to the skin and they last really well too. The Neo Noir collection combines KIKO classic formula with an ultra-sparkling metallic finish. I have the shade ‘Rose Anthracite’ which you can see by the swatch at the end of the post, is really pigmented. It blends beautifully, which makes it the perfect product for an effortless smokey eye.

Kiko Neo Noir Enigma Lipstick

If you have a thing for magnetic packaging, you’ll love the enigma lipstick! It’s packaged in a gorgeous matte black, finished with lines and a curved tube. It closes with the effortless snap of magnets. The Enigma lipstick combines passionfruit, with wax and oil to create a formula which is both nourishing and pigmented. The shade I have is 04 – Theoretical Burgundy, which is a beautiful berry purple hue, perfect for this time of year.

Kiko Neo Noir Graphic Gaze Double Eye Marker

I’ll be the first to admit that eyeliner isn’t my thing (is it just me that finds it impossible to do?). The Graphic Gaze double ended eyeliner from KIKO has a rounded end on both sides, to help you create graphic, dotted makeup looks. You can see by my swatches that even using this on my arm it’s impossible for me to get a straight line. So this is one to buy if you are an expert or if you want to try and create some unique strokes and bring your makeup to life.

Kiko Neo Noir Divine Tone Face Serum

The last product is this serum, which has been created with the ‘anti-pollution’ trend in mind. It’s designed to give your skin moisture, whilst protecting it from external pressures which cause skin damage. Although this is a serum, you can see by my swatches that this is actually quite pigmented, so I couldn’t really test it to its full potential. There are different shades and sadly mine wasn’t a match. It comes in an elegant glass bottle, which looks way more expensive than it actually is!
