The Kiehl’s Turmeric & Cranberry Seed Energizing & Radiance Masque isn’t a new product but Turmeric is huge right now and apparently it’s the latest life saving wonder-ingredient. The world is talking about it, everyone is trying to consume an infathomable amount of it and every time I walk into Holland & Barrett, there’s a sale assistant trying to guide a soon-to-be turmeric convert on how best to make it a part of their lives. So I couldn’t resist trying this mask. Here’s the low down.

Turmeric has been a big deal in beauty and health for a very long time, it just hasn’t been mainstream. In skincare, it has been praised for its anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties.

You simply apply a good layer over over clean skin and allow it to dry for 10 minutes or so. It’s a lovely creamy mask and feels fresh and stimulating on the skin. Once it’s dry, you add a little water and the gently massage to skin to capitalise on the exfoliating action of the cranberry seed.

It left my skin feeling super-soft, really clean and gorgeously glowy and bright. Job done! All my skincare products sunk in beautifully afterwards too. I am keeping this one and I think it’s a great one for boys too. I am going to get my man to try it.
