The new Kiehl’s Aqua Gel SPF is the latest edition to the Ultra Light Daily UV Defense line and I am loving it. Here are all the details.
What is the Kiehl’s Aqua Gel?
I use sunscreen every day, and often even when I’m not going outside. For me, it is the first step in anti-ageing and a non-negotiable part of my routine. I love discovering new, easy to wears formulas that don’t have any of the negatives often associated with SPF.

My Review
This is a gorgeous lightweight formula that blends into the skin really easily without causing me any concerns with white cast. Quite importantly, it doesn’t add any shine to the skin, so it won’t interfere with how your makeup looks and wear, and also looks really good on its own.
I love that it provides a shield for pollution as well as sun protection, especially as it has been proven that the incidence of age spots increases disproportionately with a relatively small increase in pollution levels. Basically, pollution makes sun damage worse, so you must protect from both.
This is such an easy product to use. It takes no effort to blend, doesn’t change the look of the skin, and feels weightless.
