When I was in New York recently I picked up a couple of the newer shades of liquid lipstick from Kat Von D. I have fallen completely in love with this beautiful matte red. Here’s a look at my new obsession – the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick Santa Sangre.

The Santa Sangre shade is described as ‘poison apple’ and it is a stunning orangey red. I love it! I have never tried this lip colour formulation before, and I have to say, I am really impressed with it.

The formula applies beautifully. It smooths over lines and makes it perfect for slightly overlining the lips if you wish to. Once dry, which happens really quickly, it is set in place and survives food and drink really well.

I love Santa Sangre so much!! I feel like I should have bought 2! I may have to make an international Sephora order.
