Jo Malone Silk Blossom Limited Edition Charity Candle

I love it when Jo Malone launch their charity candles, and this year they have chosen the brand new fragrance, Silk Blossom.

Read about the fragrance in this post – it is lovely!! The design takes it inspiration from the natural ombre colour of the Asian Silk Blossom, the fragrance’s name sake. It is absolutely stunning.

Jo Malone London place a huge emphasis on the importance of gardens within communities and each year collaborate with dedicated charities to enhance the lives of people in vulnerable situations. Each Silk Blossom candle sold will carry a donation equal to the retail price (£42) to the charities. These include St Mungo’s Broadway Bristol, The Kirkdale Country Garden Liverpool, the Redhall Walled Garden Edinburgh and the Thrive Old English Garden Battersea Park London. 

I think it’s an amazing initiative and love the fact that Jo Malone want to harness the power of nature to help heal those with mental ill health, addiction, poverty or disability.
