Last week I was invited along to the Jemma Kidd Makeup School for a foundation masterclass and to find out about all the things that Jemma has got going on. And it is really quite a lot!

Jemma Kidd founded her own academy in 2003 which offers a range of professional and non-professional courses. The school’s success inspired two makeup ranges – Jemma Kidd Makeup School and JK Jemma Kidd – both of which present a brilliant set of products.

We tried out the Jemma Kidd beauty essentials including the Mannequin Skin Complexion Enhancer, the Pro Finish Moisture Tint and the Mannequin Skin Illuminating Concealer. Everything you need for a perfectly flawless base – I particularly loved the concealer, possibly the softest, creamiest texture I have tried.

We were also introduced to the Jemma Kidd masterclass@HOME concept which is pretty cool. Basically groups can book a specially trained Associate Tutor to visit them in their homes and teach them various make up skills over a 2 hour period. Check it out online – it’s really very affordable. Great idea!
