I am pretty excited to say that the Illamasqua Once Collection for Fall 2014 looks very lovely indeed. Soft shades and beautiful textures and some gorgeous rose gold packaging. I think Once is going to be a serious crowd pleaser.
Oh my god! I absolutely love the makeup in this image. The eyes and cheeks! Uh! The collection contains cream eyeshadows – Vintage Metallix, a new shade of powder blusher, Naked Rose (adore that name), 2 new sheer lip glosses – Opulent and Exquisite, and a stunning nail shade – Melange.
In Creative Director, Alex Box’s words “Once is the beauty of the burnished, eroded and erudite. A palette inspired by the gentle and exquisite point when a flower starts to fade and becomes impossibly beautiful in its complex decline. Combined with the subtle opulence of faded gilt layers that reveal themselves the more you blend and search. She is an incandescent moment, a poem alive and a light within a pallet of decaying decadence.”

Courtier is a dusky rose and I think it looks incredible. This is the one for me!
Bibelot is a rustic golden teal and Embellish is a rich cocoa.
The cream shadow can be applied with the fingertips or a blending brush.
Illamasqua Once Collection Fall 2014 – Powder Blush
Looking at the campaign shot, this promises to be stunning – it’s a soft neutral pink.
Illamasqua Once Collection Fall 2014 – Sheer Lip Gloss
We have Exquisite – a pink oyster (yum), and Opulent – a rainbow beige. I have never heard beige described like that before, but I like it!!
Illamasqua Once Collection Fall 2014 – Nail Varnish
Melange is a very Illamasqua shade and a love it. Deep, and dark with multi tones of antique teal.

I may have to do a lot of saving as I Really want that polish and the cream shadow (courtier) so so badly!!

This collection sounds amazing! I haven’t been so inspired by Illamasqua of late but this has definitely caught my eye. Looking forward to trying a couple of these products out myself! xxx Thou Shalt Not Covet
I actually have Naked Rose, and it’s stunning, it came out last year but maybe as a ltd ed. It’s the most perfect contour blush ever!
