The bronzers have a lovely smooth and creamy texture which makes them really easy to work with, and I think Iconic have done a great job on the tones of each shade. The powders feels soft and silky to the touch, and like the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Bronzer, they are not flat matte. In fact they have a very flattering sheen that I think you can see in the following photo:

My Review

I found this bronzer so easy to apply, I went for shade Medium which adds a lovely sunkissed glow to my skin tone. I’m generally somewhere between Fair and light when it comes to foundation shades, for your reference.

The texture is really skin flattering and it gives a lovely diffused look to the complexion, and doesn’t emphasise pores or lines. The velvet matte finish means you can use this for a bit of contouring as well as bronzing. Also, I have tested it as an eyeshadow and it works beautifully without creasing and lasts really well. Medium is lovely on my lids, and I am keen to try one of the darker shades like this for a more intense look.

In care you are wondering about the lipstick, it is Wedding Belles.* Also the mascara is the new Guerlain Mad Eyes.* For complexion, I used the new La Mer Radiant Skin Tint* which I am a big fan of.

I think if you are looking for a lighter shade than Charlotte Tilbury’s Medium but don’t want to go as light as her Light shade (which is super light – see here), then I think the Ultimate Bronzing Powder in shade Light Bronze will tick the box.
