My Review

So this formula is not completely matte, but more of a semi-matte finish. It’s a lovely hydrating formula then glides onto the lips and packs a pigmented punch in one swipe. I love it. The texture feels super comfortable and cushiony on the lips and it doesn’t dry out. It gives a gorgeous velvety finish.

I love the Rouge G design so much.  My dad used to say it was like a James Bond Lipstick the way the mirror springs out as you open it! So it holds a very special place in my heart.

The Guerlain Rouge G Matte Formula

The semi-matte formula uses a blend of black seed oil and intense pigments to ensure the perfect balance between hydration and vibrant colour. The lipstick is enriched with hyaluronic acid and blurring powders which help to smooth the surface of the lips and give the look of enhanced volume.

I am loving 01 Light Nude and 24 Classic Red:

The lipstick has a sweet vanilla scent that’s enhanced with citrus, rose and iris notes. I love the Guerlain fragrance and it makes application such an elegant experience.
