I have been playing with this brand new skincare product from Guerlain that’s all about boosting moisture and radiance in one go. Clearly I was interested! Here’s a look at the Guerlain Meteorites Oxygen Care Moisturizer & Radiance Booster.

I love the Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow foundation so I was completely up for this. I will show you what it looks like a bit later but I’ll talk about this moisturiser come radiance formulation first.
Guerlain Meteorites Oxygen Care Moisturizer & Radiance Booster Features

- Fluid cream immediately hydrates the skin
- Nasturtium extract oxygenate cells for renewed skin energy
- Ruscus Aculeatus extract boosts micro-circulation
- O2 light complex improves oxygen flow for revived, radiant skin
- Silicone spheres that refine and smooth the look of skin so that it reflects light
- Stardust Technology turns invisible UV light into blue light which blurs imperfections
- Blue, green, red & gold pearlescent particles blend to create white light that illuminates the complexion
There is quite a lot going on here but I think the key points are that this is hydrating (perfect for combination skin in my view), blurring, and radiance boosting.

Guerlain Meteorites Oxygen Care Moisturizer & Radiance Booster dispenses as a white fluid and then as you massage it in to the skin it becomes subtly pearlescent pink.

Guerlain Meteorites Oxygen Care Moisturizer & Radiance Booster Before & After:

After:

It feels light and fresh on the skin and sinks in quickly leaving a smooth, quenched and radiant look.

Under makeup it adds a really natural looking glow – nothing shiny or disco ball – but it lights up the skin in a very elegant, healthy way. If highlighter scares you a little but you like radiance, then this would work as a great primer.
I love highlighter, but I think this gives skin something a little more believable and subtle, like you have healthy skin rather than a great highlighter. Also it is nice and light, which works well with my combination skin and I have been loving it for daytime, straight over my serum instead of moisturiser.
Guerlain Meteorites Oxygen Care Moisturizer & Radiance Booster is £44.50 for 30ml and is available from October 2015. It has already launched in the States at Sephora. Find Guerlain in the UK at Escentual.
