I always get excited about new makeup from Armani, and this Summer the Maestro range is getting a big boost with more Maestro skin magic. Giorgio Armani Maestro Mediterranea Collection for Summer 2014 brings us Armani Maestro Liquid Summer, Maestro Fusion Blush, Armani Sun Fabric Sheer Bronzer and Cheek Fabric Sheer Blush. We are basically looking at beautiful, natural looking sun-kissed skin using the liquid or powder route. Exciting!!

First up, the liquid variety! Here’s Armani Maestro Liquid Summer Sheer Bronzer:

And here it is swatched:

It is a beautiful light texture, that feels just like the oil-pigment texture of Armani’s Maestro Fusion Foundation. I am going to show you this on my face in a post coming soon.
Here’s are the brand new Armani Maestro Fusion Blush shades:

I have shade 300 which is a beautiful terracotta colour. Here it is swatched:

It has the same Maestro skin texture and just fuses with the skin for a beautiful flush of colour. Stay tuned for a post with it on my face.
On to the beautiful velvety powders! These are the Armani Sun Fabric Sheer Bronzers:

I have shade 100 of the Armani Sun Fabric Sheer Bronzer – I just love the design in the palette.

The texture is one of the finest and lightest I have experienced. Armani employ ‘Color Essenza’ where the purest pigments are ground separately then combined with a transparent, non-whitening base to deliver exact shades.

It is beautiful. The Cheek Fabric uses the same technology:

I have shades 506 and 306 in the Cheek Fabric:

Again, the shades are super fine and soft and fuse beautifully on application, just like a second skin. Here are my swatches:

Sorry about the 2 fingers!!
I have already fallen for this collection. And as I said, I am going to show you everything on my face really soon. I need to decide whether I like the liquid or the powder formula the best.
Giorgio Armani Maestro Mediterranea Collection launches in May 2014. Maestro Liquid Summer is £39, Maestro Fusion Blush is £35, Sun Fabric is £50 and Cheek Fabric is £34. It is pricey but really beautiful – creativity and technology at its best.
