Giorgio Armani Face Fabric IS BACK and there are going to be lots of happy customers when they hear the news. With fans that include the Kardashians and the Jenners, the return of this foundation is sure to create a lot of hype. So Face Fabric is back with brand new packaging that features a denim motif designed to demonstrate that this skin base is the ultimate all day every day base, just like the comfort and wearability of your favourite jeans. It was first created ten years ago and it became known for its second skin effect and blurring properties.

So the Face Fabric formula for 2018 hasn’t changed, it is just the packaging that’s different.

I have shade 3.5 which is a little dark for me but because it has such a natural effect and is so easy to blend, I can actually make it work really well.

Before & After

If you know this foundation, you will probably have seen photos like this before. But for those who haven’t this is how shade 3.5 looks on my skin. As I said, it’s a little dark and warm for me, but I can make it work remarkably well.

As you can see, this has given me a very light, natural looking coverage. It minimise pores and fine lines, and generally makes the skin more even in tone. It has a silicone feel that is noticeable on application, but this becomes much less apparent once it is blended in. It is non-comedogenic so you shouldn’t need to worry about it blocking your pores. It’s a really easy to wear skin base and would also work as an amazing primer if you like a bit more of a makeup look and wanted to add a little foundation where you need more coverage.
