Fliqué is a cosmetics range from the Easilocks Cosmetics company and I’ll be honest and say that I personally needed to do a little research on the brand after receiving the highlighter glow palette. Their website contains a lot of interesting beauty products, which I’m intrigued to try out!

I recently received the highlighter glow palette which they collaborated with TV personality Charlotte Crosby to curate. The highlighter palette comes with ’10 iridescent highlighting powders that absorb and reflect light on the skin’. Each of the powders are contained in a medium round sized pan and are definitely a suitable size that will last for a long time.

The formula of these powders really surprised me. Initially when I saw them I thought they’d be more on the powdery side. Aside from the fact that they do have some kickback in the pan when I dip my highlighter brush into it, they are also a very metallic highlight. This means that they tend to leave a more ‘wet’ look on the skin, instead of that glittery highlight (I personally am not a fan of glittery highlighters!). As far as the claims of them being iridescent, I’m struggling to see much change in the colours when they hit the light. However, each of the powders are a beautiful tone and there is definitely a shade to suit all skin tones and the ability to mix shades if need be.
