The lovely Fleur has expanded her collection with Eylure and it’s very exciting as it covers one of the hugest beauty trends ever, brows! There are two new products in the range, a Brow Palette and a Brow Tamer that each come in three different shades. Here’s a close up look at the brand new Fleur de Force Eylure Brow Collection with swatches of all the shades.

UPDATE – available HERE now.

I am terrible at getting my brows done. I absolutely love it when I do, especially when I get them tinted, but I have never made it part of my actual routine and it’s all very random! As a result of this, I kind of rely on brow products to fake it. I was excited to try Fleur’s new products because she always has good brows.

So the inside scoop is that Fleur has been working on the Fleur de Force Eylure Brow products for about 18 months and they are rather lovely. I am impressed. As I said, there are two different products in the range.

Now I love to use two different shades in my brows because it allows you to get a really natural result. Sometimes where are my brows are thicker, I use a lighter shade so that things don’t get too dense and harsh, and then I use a darker colour where my hairs are more spare to fill in and add depth. These palettes are absolutely perfect for that.

Here is the dark palette applied to the left side of the photo:

Also, the matte highlighter is really interesting. The idea is that you can create a really natural looking glow, rather than anything too shimmering, when it comes to sculpting the brow shape. I absolutely love this shade – it’s like a pinky cream – and it isn’t flat matte, it has a radiance about it that’s very flattering.

I was excited to try this because when I’m in a rush I tend to skip using a powder and go straight in with a tinted gel. I am currently obsessed with the Tom Ford Fibre Brow Gel. Also, get out the pink gold packaging on Fleur’s one. So pretty.

This product is brilliant because you can choose between a clear and a tinted gel and the tiny brush on the tinted side is amazing. It allows precision and control so you’ll avoid painting every single face hair! I’d use the clear gel after a powder and the tinted gel if I’m skipping powder in general. But sometimes I like to use powder and then a tinted gel for more of a defined look. It depends how I’m feeling and what other makeup I’m wearing.

Also, clear gel on it’s own is great when I’ve had my brows shaped and tinted (about twice a year when I managed it!). This is the dark gel on it’s own:

I am very impressed with the Fleur de Force Eylure Brow Palettes & Brow Tamers. You can tell that a lot of work has gone into perfecting the finished result. They are £12 each so you are getting great quality at a very affordable price. They launch HERE on 7th March 2017.
