I have heard great things about the original Fairydrops mascara so when I got the chance to try the latest edition, Fairydrops Quattro, I was a keen bean!

Fairydrops Quattro Mascara Brush

So the new thing about this mascara is the patented Quattro brush which has bristles shaped “into four bobbles curled to fit the lashes”. It reminds me rather a lot of the Givenchy Noir Couture mascara except with one extra bobble and in a curved shape.

The Fairydrops Quattro brush is designed to place mascara on to the lashes in just the right place and lift them at the same time for a voluminous effect. It is designed to reach each section of the lashes – inner corner, the middle section, and the outer corner.
Fairydrops Quattro Mascara Formula
- Water resistant
- Smudge proof
- Squalene
- Jojoba seed oil
- Panthenol
- Hydrolised collagen
- Hyaluronic acid
- Fibres for length and volume
As you can see, the formula is enriched with lots of nourishing ingredients to ensure that your lashes are kept in good condition, whilst film-forming polymers set the lashes in place. It also contains fibres in the wax base to build volume and length.

2 coats:

As you can see, one coat of Fairydrops Quattro gives you very defined, elongated lashes and 2 coats really intensifies the volume for a much more dramatic effect. You could use 1 layer for day, and 2 for night. It gives the lashes a nice lift and curl and once it sets in place they still feel flexible and not crispy. I found that it stays put really well with minimal drop out or smudging.
I like this a lot and the gold and pink packaging is so cute. Fairydrops Quattro Mascara is £18.50 and available at Love Makeup.
