Eylure Brow Range Review

You know when you are completing that all important look, your makeup is perfect and it’s time for the finale? Brows, I’m talking about brows! Over the past few years getting “fleeky” brows has been all the rage and why not? They change the face game big time. So I was thrilled to be able to test the new Eylure Brow Range. 

Here I was given a few of the Eylure brow range products to try. Naturally having black hair I opted for the Dark Brown colour in everything. Here is how I got on…

Firstly I apologise. Myself and my beautician whom I adore have decided I need to grow some more brow. Therefore my brows aren’t as tidy as I would have liked for the images. Regardless, I managed to test these products really well.

Eylure Brow Pomade and Brow Duo Brush & Wand.

I was so super excited to try this Brow Pomade as I haven’t managed to get my hands on a Pomade yet, so the delivery was a glorious day. This product does not disappoint.

I was kindly given the Eylure Brow Duo, Brush and Wand too, so to brush my brows and apply the product I used this.

The pomade itself is gorgeous dark brown, no hidden red undertones at all. I generally find a lot of brow products have a reddish hue that I don’t get on with. This is brown.

I found the consistency creamy to apply to brush and to face. Having trialled this I would advise starting with less and building.

The Pomade really allows you to build upon the shade and colour and really sculpt the brow. I for one will be practising because I think after a few goes I will really get the hang of this and fall even more deeply in love.

I recently had a week in Marbella with some extremely hot temperatures. This product stayed put despite humidity, sea and sweat. I know gross!

This one is such a huge thumbs up from me. I am a long term lover of Eylure, so I had high expectations initially and I was really pleased.

Eylure Brow Amplifier

To the Pomade Brow I added a small dose of the Brow Amplifier. I’m not a pro but I felt it really set the brow for me without a shiny sheen that tends to happen with uncoloured eyebrow setting products.

The Brow Amplifier is also a CEW Beauty Award winning product for 2016 and true to form, it cemented the brows in place without looking harsh on the face.

Eylure Brow Contour

Lastly, I tried the Brow Contour. As you can see from the picture below this is another great eyebrow product and it does what it says on the tin.

This product is something I would probably use when pushed for time or I’d keep it in my handbag as a Plan B. I love my brows to be defined and stand out from the face and I found with the pencil that although it works well, I just didn’t feel the wow factor.

When I was removing my makeup trying to take the pencil off the eyebrow area was really difficult! It is definitely a product that stays put. I think this is where Eylure have really pulled it out of the bag with products that have real longevity
