Evolution_18 Beauty Gummy

I think Beauty Gummy could be my favourite. They are delicious, like really yummy sweeties and packed with Biotin which is essential for hair and nail growth and strengthening. I am a huge believer in the power of biotin when it comes to strengthening my nails in particular, and often use Imedeen Hair and Nails* when they get weak.

The Beauty Gummy is a simpler formula with 10,000 μg of Biotin compared to 416 μg in the Imedeen, however, the latter also features Zinc, B2 & B12. The gummies are way more enjoyable to eat!!

Beauty Bubble Recharge

The other product I am really enjoying is Beauty Bubbles Recharge which is a great pick me up supplement for when you are lacking energy and need some extra support and hydration. It contains B12 and a hydration blend of hyaluronic acid, coconut water and prickly pear. There is also an antioxidant blend with green tea, pomegranate, acai and blueberry.

It also contains caffeine so it’s the perfect addition to your morning routine. It’s super tasty but if you’re in a rush, make sure you pop into a smallish glass of water (rather than a pint). I’ve discovered that if you have too much water, it takes ages to dissolve.
