ESPA Lift and Firm Collection
The ESPA skin care and spa brand have launched an brand new addition to the range along with some lovely new packaging.
The entire ESPA range has been reformulated and can now boast over 99% natural ingredients. All ESPA products are free from:
  • Synthetic colour, fragrance and parabens
  • Phthalates
  • DEA
  • TEA
  • Mineral oil
  • SLS & SLES
  • Silicone
  • Propylene glycol
  • Petrolatum

So we won’t need to worry about any of those nasties!

The NEW Lift and Firm Collection includes a Mask (£45, 55ml), an Intensive Serum (£45, 55ml), a Moisturiser (£38, 25ml,) an Intensive Eye Serum (£55, 15ml) and an Eye Moisturiser (£40, 15ml).
The new Lift & Firm age-defying collection has been specifically developed to tackle the signs of ageing. Packed full of the finest ingredients containing age-defying properties to revitalise the skin and treat fine lines.
Lift and Firm says it all for me. I used to just worry about lines and wrinkle, but now at the grand old age of 36, I have become more obsessed with everything going South!!
And so now down to business. I have been using the entire range every day now for exactly a month and I have to say I really really like it!!
Every product pretty much delivers instant lifting and brightening. My skin feels firmer and tighter (but not in a dry way) immediately, and the longer I have used it, the more I notice the results.
The products are really brightening and often I have not felt the need to wear makeup, especially as it’s getting summery and I have started to pump up the fake tan!
I have been using the serums first (I am so excited at having a serum just for the eye area!) and my skin seems to drink them up instantly. They are a gorgeous liquidy consistency and just melt into the skin.

The Lift & Firm Intensive Serum contains:
  • Gotu Kola – stimulates the renewal of collagen and restores elasticity
  • Larch – a powerful active that lifts and firms the skin
  • Irish Moss – hydrates the epidermis and nourishes the skin
The Eye Cream and Moisturiser are fab too. They instantly tighten and firm the skin and leave a really lovely finish. They make a great base for makeup and my lines and pores appear really minimised to point where I have not needed to put makeup on if the mood took me!!

The Lift & Firm Eye Moisturiser contains:

  • Summer Snowflake Bulb Extract (this is a Nobel Prize Winning Ingredient) – helps to slow down cell proliferation and reduces the appearance of lines

The Lift & Firm Moisturiser contains:

  • Sea Amber – stimulates the renewal of collagen and restores elasticity
  • Larch – a powerful active that lifts and firms the skin
  • Anise Extract – reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines
  • Avocado Oil – hydrates and moisturises
The Mask is yummy too. I have used it once a week. You slap it on and leave it for 20 minutes. It feels super nourishing and calming and my face looks extra smooth and plumped up. Lovely!

The Lift & Firm Mask contains:

  • Larch extract – a very powerful anti-ageing ingredient that has been proven to reduce the appearance of lines and tighten the skin to improve firmness and elasticity
  • Argan Oil – known to restore the hydrolipid layer, reducing the appearance of lines. It also has extremely high levels of antioxidant Vitamin E and Essential Fatty Acids to nourish the skin
  • Pelan Silt – encourages cell renewal Frankincense, rich in Vitamins A and C – regenerates and protects


Obviously, it would be quite pricey to buy the complete range and so if I had to choose, I would say go for the serums. I am addicted to serums anyway, as I really believe they work deep into your skin and super charge your moisturiser, making it even more effective.
