I am interested in anything that Deciem is involved with and this is a really interesting collaboration. Lips are a huge focus in beauty and we all seem to want more than we have. Esho by Deciem is a range of specially developed products designed to enhance, plump and perfect those pouts. I have been playing with the products – here’s the lowdown.

ESHO by Deciem presents three advanced treatments for lips that were created by DECIEM in collaboration with Dr Tijion Esho, who you may have seen in the TV show Body Fixers. Dr Esho is all about the lips and creating the perfect pout is his specialist subject.

ESHO by Deciem Product Range

There are three lip products in the collection, each developed to fulfill a different aim. Stock should be in soon:

• Sculpt, 15ml – £29
• Pause, 15ml – £27
• Drench, 15ml – £12

I have Sculpt and Drench here, although Pause is really interesting too.

ESHO Sculpt

The key purpose of this product is to enhance the shape and volume of the lips:

• Uses a broad selection of peptides, probiotic bacteria, plant biotechnology derivatives, polymers & complex saccharides
• Supports circulation, water retention and collagen production
• Encourages Hyaluronic Acid Production
• Promotes fat retention
• Formula uses an 11.76% concentration of an active peptide
• Results are promised within minutes with continued improvement over the first few weeks
• Longer term results can be maintained on an ongoing basis with daily use

This is super effective and within a few minutes, lips really look smoother and more plump in a significantly noticeable way. I think it is probably the most effective plumper I have tried. After it is applied, the lips feel firmer and fuller and look super juicy. This stuff really works. I am excited to see what continued use brings because my initial impression is that it’s amazing!

ESHO Pause

Pause is all about making the results of lip injections last longer.

• Formula targets metabolic activity to reduce the breakdown of foreign Hyaluronic Acid within the lips
• Uses an array of peptides, plant-based bio-derivatives and pure phenols which reduce the need for frequent injections

I don’t have a sample of this but it promises to optimise the results of lip filler.

ESHO Drench

This is the simplest of all three products and is all about hydration, but it’s different to regular lip moisturisers.

• Unlike traditional lip hydration offerings that mainly use oils, butters and waxes to coat the surface of the lips
• Combines water reservoirs, lipid reservoirs and flexible, breathable film formers to support both water density and lipid barrier on the lips
• Lightweight formula acts as an instant, non-oily hydrator that helps maintain comfortable water content with continued use

This is a lovely lip hydrator and make lips look instantly juicy and smooth. Lip skin is notoriously difficult to penetrate so rather than faking hydration with a thick layer that sits on the lip’s skin, this works differently. Drench is the first water-only based lip hydration product – it drags water in and traps it.  So rather than just masking dryness, this product actually builds hydration in the lips. I am going to continue to use this, and see how I go. I am addicted to a few of my other products but I could potentially use this like a serum underneath them.
