Elemental Herbology Bath & Body Oil

This versatile oil comes in five different variations. They are based on the Five Element Theory deriving from Traditional Chinese Medicine (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water). The oils use natural ingredients, strategically added to perform specific functions; conveying the true power of nature, the bath and body oil is truly amazing. You can either add 2-3 drops into a hot bath (yes I only have a bath, the curse of my parents thinking we are still in 1984), alternatively if you only have a shower, put 2-3 drops on your skin and let the water work it’s magic. I used the Metal oil, which is for Detoxing, the smell of the Rosemary, Grapefruit and Juniper Berry was absolutely enchanting, and I felt as if I was meditating. Upon leaving the bath, your skin feels smooth and hydrated, and your mind feels clear as crystal. Genuinely felt as if I had just had a massage at a spa. Well worth the £28 price tag. Find it here

Elemental Herbology Macadamia & Papaya Body Scrub

Containing Strawberry, Kombucha, Papaya, Sea Salt, Sugar, Macademia and Buriti ‘’Tree of life’’ Oil – which are all rich in fatty acids, this body scrub is intensely moisturising. Unlike typically traditional body scrubs which can be rather abrasive in texture, this body scrub has a wax-like texture, and leaves skin feeling smooth. Find it here

Elemental Herbology Watermelon & Cucumber Body Moisturiser

Again this moisturiser is packed full of nourishing, natural ingredients. Organic Aloe Vera, Cucumber Juice Extract, Kakadu Plum, Organic Mango and Shea Butter, Argan and Macademia Oil, Ubuntu Mongongo and Kalahari Melon. It smells amazingly natural, and is light and hydrating for the skin. Find it here

Coincidentally (or not?) the moisturiser, body scrub and bath oil all appear to have the same effect on you. They provide intense natural moisturisation, and provide natural aromas which detoxify and relax the mind and body. Literally the only negative thing I could see being a potential issue for buyers is that the products aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. Quality comes at a price.
