I have been testing out the brand new Elegant Touch InstaNails which promise flawless, insta-ready nails in just three minutes. Here’s the lowdown on how I got on with these stick-on nails, along with photos and quick tips. If you hate chipping polish and are in need of a quick fix, you will love these.
I am very much a DIY-er when it comes to nails. Don’t get me wrong, I love a salon manicure but my lack of organisation when it comes to personal admin often leaves me in the position of having to do a quick paint job before I’m leaving the house. The same happens with my hair colour. I can’t often justify hours in the salon when I could dye my own hair on 45 minutes in my bathroom and at a time that suits me. Anyway, I digress.
I get on well with stick on nails in general, but I am not a fan of using glue because I find that once they are stuck, they are pretty tough to get off. Because I like to be able to change my nails quickly and easily, nails that come with glue just aren’t practical for me. I have often skipped the glue part and used the Elegant Touch tabs that you can buy separately, and they work a treat.
This new launch is like the fast track version of that approach because Elegant Touch InstaNails come pre-glued and all you need to do is peel off the backing and stick them straight on. Find them HERE now.
Elegant Touch InstaNails Collection
- Pink Cadillac – bubblegum pink stiletto dipped in metallic gold at the cuticle
- Spring Fling – nude oval nail finished with iridescent rhinestones and gold studs
- Summer Siesta – embrace the festival season with these stiletto nails with a vibrant red and glitter gold design
- Wild Weekend – blush stiletto with an iridescent glitter ombre design
- Road Trip – rose gold in a high shine metallic oval design
- Vacay Vibes – hot pink matte stiletto
I tried the Elegant Touch InstaNails in Wild Weekend because I wanted something nude with a bit of sparkle, however, I customised them a little as I like a more traditional shape. Before applying each one onto a clean nail, I simply clipped off the tip and smoothed the edges. This added on a little bit of time, but I still had the full set on in under 5 minutes.
They feel super secure and will last a good few days as it’s a similar set up to the tabs. What I love about these is that they won’t chip, and if you do lose a nail, it’s easy to carry a few spares in your handbag. I just make sure I have clipped them and have a file on hand to smooth the edges. Easy!
They are great for travelling when you can’t be doing with chipped nails and having to touch up your mani on the go.
The Elegant Touch InstaNails are £8.99 – £9.99 each and available to order online HERE.
