In case you haven’t discovered this brand before, there are a few interesting things that are worth knowing. The Clean Beauty Collective is all about creating premium collections that are simple and trusted. The brand is environmentally conscious in a serious way.

Clean Reserve uses green manufacturing processes, eco-conscious packaging (even the cellophane is made from corn starch and is fully compostable), and the ingredients are all responsibly sourced. Their attention to detail and commitment to sustainability is impeccable.

What Notes are in Clean Reserve Solar Bloom?

This fragrance is beautiful and has been inspired by “dawn’s radiance as warmth begins to caress the skin”.  It is a luminous, bright perfume with a gorgeous earthy twist thanks to the rather unique addition of charcoal in the blend. It sits in the radiant floral family of fragrances.

There are some interesting ingredient stories for Clean Reserve Solar Bloom. The Vetiver is sourced via the brand’s supplier’s long-term relationship with Vetiver growers in Haiti. This partnership ensures that quantity and quality levels of harvest are met, whilst farmers and their families benefit from educational and medical facilities.

The Green Mandarin is harvested in Montenegro. Clean Reserve works with farmers to help them grow the fruit without the use of pesticides and with the best extraction methods.

It’s a beautiful floral fragrance. It is balanced wonderfully with fresh citrus and creamy coconut. The charcoal gives the blend a unique earthy yet clean essence that’s really unique. If you are looking for a summer scent that moves away from that somewhat predictable (although still lovely) beachy vibe, then this is it. I really love it. It is kind of everything you need in a summer fragrance. However, not necessarily anything you’d expect, if you know what I mean?
