My Review of Cle de Peau Radiant Cream Foundation

Cle de Peau Radiant Cream Foundation
Cle de Peau Radiant Cream Foundation

I have been testing this foundation every day since I received my sample 9 days ago. I have to say, I absolutely love it!! It just gives the skin such a flawless, yet natural finish.

Is it heavier than the original?

I find the texture is creamier than the other Cle de Peau foundations I have tried but I don’t find it at all heavy feeling. It actually feels like skincare, despite its high, skin-perfecting coverage.

Is it long wearing?

I find it lasts really well on my skin which is super impressive considering that it contains lots of hydrating and moisturising ingredients. It stays looking super smooth and flawless

Does it cover redness?

I find that the Cle de Peau Radiant Cream Foundation pretty much covers everything from redness, to pigmentation, any blemishes and enlarged pores. The coverage is excellent and you can build to a proper full coverage, yet it still feels and looks light.

Is it hydrating?

The formula has a super hydrating and moisturising benefit on the skin, and keeps my skin looking smooth, plump and hydrated all day.

What is the finish like?

The finish is perfectly juicy and dewy without being shiny. It looks like glowy, fresh and healthy skin. It’s my ideal finish and it just melts into the skin effortlessly.

What coverage does the Cle de Peau Radiant Cream Foundation provide?

It is categorised as a medium to full coverage foundation. I find it on the fuller side, which I love, and it covers everything really quickly with a small amount of product.

Is it good for dry skin?

I think this is an excellent formula for dry skin. It has an innovative formula that is designed to create a moisturising barrier. It genuinely adds hydration into the skin and doesn’t cling to any dry bits, but rather smooths everything out.

Is it good for oily skin?

I’d say this is more suited to a drier skin type, however, I have combination skin and it still works really well on my t-zone oilier areas.

Is it worth the money?

It is available now for £108. It is really pricey, especially as it comes in a 21ml tube, and the standard foundation size is 30ml. However, if you’re looking for a luxury product that really delivers, I don’t think you would regret this purchase.
