Clarins Perfect Brows Palette Review

I am really loving the Autumn 2014 makeup collection from Clarins and a real highlight is this beautiful little brow kit. Check out the Clarins Perfect Brows Palette. It’s really is a little gem!

Oh yes! We really are talking brow perfection here! There are 3 small but perfectly proportioned tools, plus 3 shades of powder, a holding wax and then a light reflecting highlighter/eyeshadow in the Clarins Perfect Brows Palette.

As you can see, there are 3 shades to suit lighter and darker brows. I found the middle shade perfect for me and I applied it in small upward strokes using the angled brush, brushed my brow upwards with the mini brush to soften the look and then lightly pressed the holding wax on with my fingertip to set it.

Speaking of the tools, they are really great! I actually managed to completely tidy up my brows with the mini tweezers. They are excellent and better than any other little ones I have tried. They usually look cute but do nothing! Not the case with these ones I’m glad to report!

There’s also a pinky-beige eyeshadow/highlighter in the kit which can be used over the lid for a fresh, luminous look. You can also use it on the brow bone as highlighter to further define the brows, and also in the inner corners like I did. It’s very pretty and effective.

I actually think the Clarins Perfect Brows Palette is a relaunch of the Pro Palette Eyebrow kit that came out in 2009. The actual product is the same or similar, however, I think the tweezer is superior and the packaging has been beautifully updated. I think it will go down even better this time as brows are much bigger now than they were back in 2009.
