Ciate are very good at naming their products and this new cleansing balm here is a prime example. When it comes to removing my makeup I literally want it to melt off, and so the Ciate Makeup Melter Murumuru Makeup Remover Balm spoke right to the heart of me. Here’s what you need to know!

Ciate Makeup Melter Features

- Balm to oil formulation
- Infused with nourishing Murumuru Butter
- Unique combination of essential fatty acids & Vitamin A
- Easily removes stubborn makeup
- Gently cleanses without stripping skin’s natural oils
- Leaves soft, nourished, clean skin
I love a cleansing balm and this one does everything it promises to. The texture is beautiful. It melts into an oil under the lightest contact and then easily spreads over the skin, instantly breaking down makeup.

My mascara and lipstick slid off, as did my base makeup and then I removed it all with a damp face cloth. This isn’t the kind of balm that emulsifies with water, so you definitely benefit from some kind of flannel to remove it for the best effect.

It is lovely stuff and I am definitely going to enjoy using this. The only thing is that, as it’s such a soft texture, you end up using quite a bit which could mean you get through a jar quite quickly.
Ciate Makeup Melter Murumuru Makeup Remover Balm is £16 and available HERE in the UK and HERE in the US.
