I don’t have loads of information about the formula, but Charlotte Tilbury also uses lots of skin loving ingredients in her lip colours. I love all the different CT lipsticks and this shiny formula is really lovely. It melts into the skin and gives the sheen of a gloss and the pigmentation of a lipstick.
