The buzz is growing about CeraVe’s launch in the UK and I have been testing out a few of the products and getting on really well. One of the products I have using, because I’m a huge cleanser freak, is the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser and I have to say, it’s really good. Here is everything you need to know.

So CeraVe has two types of cleanser – this hydrating one and also a foaming one. They have a similar formulation, however, the CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser has been developed for those who prefer non-foaming products.

Key to this formula’s hydration ability is CeraVe’s MultiVesicular Emulsion Technology (MVE) which gradually releases the ceramide-rich formula over an extended period of time. So it’s so much more than a cleanser.

I have mainly been using this is in the morning to clean and prep my skin for skin care and also after I have removed my makeup in the evenings. I haven’t used it to remove makeup yet because I have been preferring to get the makeup off first so that my skin can take advantage of the skincare within this cleansing formula better.

The CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser feels so good on the skin. It is soothing and calming and makes my skin feel clean and soft without stripping it at all. It definitely leaves my skin feeling hydrated and I’m not in a rush to slather on the moisturiser at all. I don’t have problem skin but I’m assured that this is perfect for anyone with skin issues from acne to eczema.

The CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser is £9 for 236ml and available HERE from 5th March 2018.
