Burberry is now up there among my favorite makeup brands, which is pretty crazy considering that Burberry didn’t even have makeup a few years back. They have come a long long way in a very short space of time. Hats off to that. The newest launch and one that I am really excited about is Burberry Kisses Lipstick which gorgeous Suki Waterhouse sported at the Oscars 2015.

So! Burberry Kisses Lipstick is a brand new range of lipstick that has been formulated to give coverage that is buildable from sheer to high coverage depending on how you apply it. Burberry are calling this “customisable colour release, builidng effortlessly with each kiss of colour from understated luminosity, to intense depth and vibrancy.

These shades are so beautiful and certainly deliver in their buildable claim. You can go from a super sheer hint of colour to a more intense lip look. I have shown 1 and 2 layers, but you can continue to build until you get the desired result. They feel just gorgeous on the lips and the hydration and pigments lasts and last.

I am stupidly obsessed with the packaging, as I am with all the Burberry makeup I own. It is really distinctive and attention grabbing, without being flashy. It always looks super chic and is entirely functional at the same time. The magnetic close on the lipsticks is beyond satisfying!
