When I was offered a complimentary Brow Pinching treatment, I immediately said yes without knowing why. The moment the ten minute treatment began, I knew it was one of the best decisions I had made all week. Straight after, I was literally like a walking, talking ad for it! Here’s what you need to know.
So! Brow Pinching is the latest treatment available from brow specialists Blink Brow Bar, who are the leaders in threading and how I first experienced threading many years ago whilst shopping at Selfridges. In fact, it was the first ever walk in treatment I had ever tried.
Apparently Blink’s team of brow experts have groomed 20 million eyebrows and have used 37,000 miles-worth of cotton thread since they launched in 2004. That is kind of mind blowing!
What is Brow Pinching?
- New 10-minute treatment
- Aims to target key pressure points around the eye and brow area
- Helps to reduce puffiness and rejuvenate eyes
- The technique is inspired by the ancient Ayurvedic holistic system of wellbeing
- Works to naturally postpone the onset of wrinkles
- Incorporates Blink’s Brow Oil and Rosewater Mist to deeply nourish and soothe
- Relieves tension and encourages lymph drainage
- Improves circulation and boosts blood flow
- As a result, collagen production is increased, which improves skin elasticity and helps
reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
This treatment was such a brilliant experience. The second that the therapist layed her hands on my face I felt instantly relaxed and suddenly felt like I could breathe. I hadn’t really thought about what I would get out of the treatment before I sat down. I was surprised that my sinuses completely opened up and I experienced a sense of relief that I wasn’t expecting at all. It was absolutely amazing!
Apart from the fact that I felt like I was walking on air afterwards, it is also seriously depuffing and lifting. So it’s the perfect treatment if you suffer with any issues around the eyes, be it bags or dark circles.
I am obsessed and definitely need to do this again, and on the regular! It’s just 10 minutes, £15 and literally made me feel like I’d been on holiday. Quite extraordinary!
Where To Have Brow Pinching?
I had my brows pinched at Harvey Nichols, however, the treatment is available at a range of stores and you can book online. As I said, it’s just 10 minutes and £15, so totally worth trying out.
