I love cleansing and my love for cleansers just seem to grow and grow. Oil cleansing is just so good and the new generation of gel-to-oil products just make the process so much more efficient and convenient. This brand new launch – the Bliss Fabulous Makeup Melt Gel-to-Oil Cleanser is really great. Here’s the lowdown.

So the Bliss Fabulous Makeup Melt Gel-to-Oil Cleanser is an innovative gel cleanser that once massaged into the skin, turns into an oil that works to remove makeup, cleanse the skin of impurities, and leave it soft, clean and balanced.

Bliss Fabulous Makeup Melt Gel-to-Oil Cleanser Formulation

This uses a blend of seven essential oils:

• Tamanu oil – anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties
• Mirabelle plum seed oil – leaves skin soft and conditioned
• Abyssinica seed oil – protects from dryness and dehydration during cleansing
• Olive oil – antioxidant properties ans skin softening
• Orange oil – soothes dry skin
• Sage oil – helps to control excess oil
• Lavender – to soothe and calm the skin

This is so nice to use. You simply smooth the gel over dry skin, massage it in as it transforms into a light oil and melts away makeup and impurities. You then simply rinse with water, or remove it with a warm, damp flannel as I do, to reveal super soft and clean skin, and no tight feeling at all.

It feels super nourishing and luxurious whilst it deep cleanses and purifies the skin. It’s a gorgeous product and I find it great to use around my eyes as well, which you can’t always do with these kinds of cleansers.

I love this type of cleansing formula. It is similar to the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel which I love and the more recent launch, the Zelens Z Pure Cleansing Liquid Balm but significantly cheaper than both. It is £24 and I would definitely recommend it as a very good and cheaper alternative to both of those.
