Best Electrical Beauty Gifts Christmas 2020
Here’s my roundup for easy wins when it comes to gifting this Christmas.
Skincare Gadgets
Now’s the time to up your skincare game at home. These are my favourites gadgets.
MZ Skin Light-Therapy Golden Facial Treatment Device

I adore this gadget as it brings high tech salon beauty treatments straight into the home. The bonus is that it’s minimum effort and very low level commitment. I love this particular mask the most because it has five different colour lights to treat a range of different skin issues.
- Red light has profound anti-ageing benefits
- Blue light balances and clarifies the skin, treating acne
- Green light calms skin and reduces pigmentation, broken capillaries and sunspots
- Yellow light reduces redness and boosts circulation
- White light penetrates deeply to promote wound healing and skin repair
It is available at:
Sarah Chapman Pro Hydro Mist Steamer

This brilliant facial steamer is an amazing way to up your skincare game at home. This is an innovative device that emits ionic, nano-sized steam particles that deeply penetrate the skin to cleanse and decongest, whilst restoring moisture levels. It’s so relaxing to use and gentle yet effective.
It is available at:
BeGlow Tia MAS
I love this little gadget because it is on double duty with cleansing and toning! You can use it with any cleanser for an advanced deep cleanse. It uses sonic vibration for a gentle yet superior cleanse and also, switch ends and the smooth gold-tone surface uses microelectronic technology to contour the face and smooth wrinkles.
Plus, this is super cool because you can change the cleanser head when you need a new, rather than having to replace the whole device.
It is available at:
Dermaflash Luxe

This is a game changing exfoliation tool that allows you to remove surface debris quickly and safely. This one is all about exfoliation and removing peach fuzz for super smooth, glowing skin.
It’s really easy to use, and it comes with a set of blades that you discard after each use. There’s cleanser to prep the skin, and a moisturiser to use after the treatment. This is basically at home dermaplaning which I have had done in a clinic before. Just in case you’re worried, the hair grows back soft, so you won’t end up with stubble.

Hair Tools
BaByliss Curl Luxe Styler

Brand new from BaByliss, this is potentially the easiest hair curling / waving tool I have tried. The styler uses unique cool air technology to heat, curl and cool the hair all at the same time, for long lasting bouncy waves. I can get a full head of curls in about 10 minutes. The performance is incredible so it’s hard to believe it’s only £60. Read the review.
Buy it at:
Dyson Corrale Cordless Straightener

I am not a natural when it comes to straighteners. I alway look to find one that I can curl with as I love having wavy hair. Apart from the Steampod, which I will talk you through later, this is the easiest and most versatile straightener I have found.
It’s so easy to use for both straight and curly styles, not only because there are no cords to get in your way, but also because of the way the plates work. The plate material, and its ability to flex around the hair section and gather the hair, means that heat is applied evenly to the entire section of hair.
It grips the hair so well that it stays in place and you never have to do a section more than once. Read the review.
It’s available at:
Steampod 3.0

I love my Steampod because it leaves my hair feeling super-soft and not at all dry, even when I haven’t washed in couple of days. It has the amazing ability to breathe a new lease of life into the hair and makes it feel like it has just been washed.
The finish is lovely and long lasting, and it’s pretty easy to use. In fact, this tool taught me how to curl with straighteners. Read the review.
It is available at:
BaByliss 9000 Cordless Curling Tong

This is my newest tong discovery and I absolutely love it. It performs as well as my favourite tong from ghd. However, it has the added bonus that it’s cordless.
It will really come into its own when we are travelling again and it will be amazing for hotel rooms and gym changing rooms. Also, the charge is multi-voltage so you will be able to charge it anywhere in the world.

GHD Wand

If you want a traditional wand, then GHD make some of my favourite wands – I love them. The wave wand is a great choice to gift because it gives hair such a cool, effortless wave that really lasts and also adds shine to the hair.
