The stick applies beautifully.
You literally draw it on and then blend. I decided to use a damp beauty blender as sometimes I find a brush can blend cream products away to nothing. I just bounced the blender on top until the edges were blended but there was still definition. You can add more and then blend again if you want a more sculpted look.
I like the cream to powder finish, and I think it would work well set with a bronzing powder for a more intense effect. Hoola Lite would be great. This could also be used as a bronzing stick if contouring isn’t your thing. You can just pop a bit on, blend quickly with fingers and it leaves skin nice and juicy but sets well.
You can check out the finished look in my MAC X Fleur de Force Lipstick swatch post HERE.
