The new Benefit Cheek Parade Beauty & The Blush Kit is very exciting because it contains the brand new Benefit Hoola Lite which is abolsutely brilliant for a natural looking contour. More great news – there’s another new Hoola product on the way – the Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick which promises to make fast work of sculpting out those cheekbones. It’s very exciting!

I love the blush kits from Benefit and Beauty & the Beat is really gorgeous because it contains so many of my favourites from the brand’s Box O’ Powder range. But first, let’s have a look at the Benefit Hoola Lite Swatch.
Benefit Hoola Lite Swatch
It’s a beautiful soft brown shade that’s perfect for lighter skin tone. It’s subtle so is pretty hard to go wrong with.

This is going to be available as a single so I thought it might be useful to compare it to the original Hoola shade in side by side swatches:

Also, June 2017 brings the launch of the Benefit Hoola Quickie Contour Stick which is a soft bronze, cream-to-powder contour stick with a soft matte finish. Hopefully I’ll have a sample of that soon.

So back to the kit! It contains:
- Full size Hoola
- Full size Galifornia
- Full size Rockateur
- Full size Hoola Lite
- Full size Dandelion
- Natural bristle powder brush

The key thing to note about this kit is that the value of all the shades is £122. If you bought all the box powders separately that’s how much you would have to pay. However you get them all in this kit for £49.50. Bargain! And it really is a beautiful edit of shades.

Hoola Lite makes an excellent contour powder and it’s very buildable so you can achieve the desired intensity needed to sculpt out some cheekbones. It is so easy to work with.
I then used the original Hoola powder over my cheeks to warm things up a little and went over that with Rockateur. I popped Galifornia right on the apples and then (very) lightly applied Dandelion to the under-eye area. I absolutely loved the finished result.
To get Benefit Hoola Lite early, pick up Cheek Parade Beauty & the Beat Blush Kit HERE for £49.50.
