I had so much interest from readers about the new Benefit Hoola Glow Shimmer Bronzer that I just had to try it. Here’s the lowdown on this new addition to the Hoola family. I have lots of photos for you.
What is Benefit Hoola Glow?

This is the newest member of the Benefit Hoola range of products, and as a fan of glow, it’s a very welcome addition for me.
The original Hoola shade has been loaded with superfine pearlescent pigments. The formula has been designed to deliver a subtle and natural-looking lit-from-within luminosity.
It is currently reduced from £27.50 to £20 at Benefit online.

As you can see from this swatch photo, the bronzer has a lovely soft shimmer running with it. It is super-fine with no detectable glitter at all.

I am a big fan of the Benefit Hoola Glow bronzer as I knew I would be, because the people I chat to on Instagram had already given me fantastic feedback.
I love a glowy bronzer, but there’s a fine line between glow and glitter, and this formula goes nowhere near crossing that. It is beautifully formulated and uses pretty much undetectable shimmer to give the finish a stunning radiance. It’s a very chic level of luminosity and very skin flattering.
It comes with its own brush but I prefer to use my bareMinerals Seamless Shaping & Finish Brush* (on offer), which is one of my faves for bronzing. Having said that, the Hoola brushes are very good for getting in under the cheekbone to sculpt and shape. I find finishing with a fluffier brush gives a much more natural finish though.
It doesn’t emphasise pores or skin texture, but simply delivers a lovely warmth and skin flattering radiance that will complement your summer skin in an instant. I love it.
