I also have the BECCA Soft Kabuki Brush, which launches at the same time, and this is perfect to apply the powder.

Now, as you may already know, I am not really a powder girl as it often terrifies me. I like to use foundations that set themselves, and manage with a bit of shine, rather than look dry and pasty like traditional powders can look on me. I was excited to give this a go.
Before & After
I applied the new Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation (shade 51), which you see in this before photo.

Then I popped a small amount of the BECCA Soft Light Blurring Powder into the lid and briskly swirled the kabuki brush into it. I then lightly dusted it on to the face in circular motions, concentrating on the t-zone.

I really like the effect. I think it’s perfect for the t-zone, although I was still extremely cautious around my eyes as I hardly ever like powder there. It definitely gives a nice blurred look and is great on my open pores. My makeup lasted well and blush (the beautiful Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush palette) went on very well over it.
