I thought this was a really interesting skincare launch from beauty member’s club, Beauty Pie. Apparently we can forget about K-Beauty, it’s all about J-Beauty. With the launch of super luxe Japanese beauty brand, Decorte, here in the UK, I have been extremely impressed with the J-Beauty I have tried so far. The Beauty Pie Japan Fusion range is really good and on the other end of the budget scale if you are a Beauty Pie member. Here’s what you need to know.

First of all, it has to be said, these products look so pretty. I love this style of packaging and it really reminds me of the millennial pink simplicity of Lixir Skincare which launched recently at Liberty. If I was ever going to launch products, I’d probably want them to look something like this.

Beauty Pie Japan Fusion Collection

So, this is a high-tech 4 piece system designed to plump and deeply hydrate the skin with super fine textures amd active ingredients:

• Pure Transforming Cleanser – gel-to-oil-milk cleansing balm
• Hydra Prep Lotion – liquid hydrator (step M1)
• Deep Treatment Serum – antioxidant beauty booster (step M2)
• Supreme Cream – multi-layer moisturising skin protectant (step M3)

To cut to the chase, these products are really good. Each one feels seriously luxurious and leave my skin looking super plump and smooth, even after the first use. My favourites are the lotion and the supreme cream I think but they are all so  good.

Beauty Pie Japan Fusion Cleanser

This is a beautiful oil-gel cleanser that melts into the skin and gives the most luxurious cleanse.

It is great to melt off makeup and also brilliant in the morning to give the skin an antioxidant boost as it features citrus fruit jabara extract and grape polyphenols which help defend the skin against free radicals.

Beauty Pie Japan Fusion Hydra Prep Lotion

I love essences and lotions and this is a particularly good one as it has a very light serum-y texture and instantly plumps up the skin. It has been developed to turbo charge everything else you use on your skin.

It balances, hydrates and charges the skin with antioxidant protection.

Beauty Pie Japan Fusion Deep Treatment Serum

This is a deeply hydrating serum which works to protect skin from pollution and free radicals, and also brightens, corrects pigmentation and helps repair the barrier.

Beauty Pie Japan Fusion Super Cream

This is another antioxidant powerhouse.

It is infused with a powerful natural moisturising factor mix and antioxidants including grape polypenols and Vitamin C. It has an super luxe, creamy-gel texture that melts into the skin. It is rich yet light.

It’s a gorgeous product range that works beautifully together and also individually if you don’t want to go the whole hog. As I said, the Lotion is my fave.
