One of the new launches from fab British brand Barry M is all about delivering that super plumped-up finish to any of your nail polishes. Check out the brand new Barry M Plumpy Top Coat.

I love a good topcoat as they can transform pretty much any nail colour into a glossy gorgeous work of nail art! And although I love the idea of gel manicures, the actual reality really doesn’t work for me because I love to change my nail colour really frequently and so a lengthy removal process is just not practical.

Barry M Plumpy Top Coat Review – Before & After Photos
Here’s a photo of nails with a matte base coat applied:

As you can see, the finish is flat and matte with no shine or volume.
After, with coat of Barry M Plumpy Top Coat applied:

It give the nails an increase in volume and the plumped up effect we love from gel manicures. I left the side free from top coat so that you can see the difference it has. It delivers a gorgeously glossy finish even on top of a matte base.
It dries nice and quickly and has kept the base colour intact. It is flawless on my left hand, and has a couple of small chips on my right after 4 days of wear. I don’t think that is bad at all for just £2.99.
Barry M Plumpy Top Coat is available at Superdrug from 11th February 2015 and Boots from 18th February 2015. This is a keep for me for sure! Check out the new Speedy polishes and the new Gelly shades.
