What is bareMinerals Dew Mist?

So you probably guessed that before I even tried this, I fell for the name. Dew Mist? I need it!! I first got to try this out at the bareMinerals Clean Glow collection event and it was an instant win.

The strap-line for this product is – Full of fresh glow. Free of dryness. What what we want hey? It works on hydration levels, glow and the appearance of pores!

My Review

I have been really enjoying this. Not only is it super refreshing in this muggy weather but it just makes my skin looks so fresh and juicy. It is brilliant for really helping to fuse various layers of makeup together – so if you use a combination of liquids, creams and powders, a spritz of this will help to unify all the products and take away any unwanted makeup texture. Dreamy. It sets makeup really well and helps lock it into place. If you have a foundation that is a little too matte for you, this will really amp up the radiance.

I love this is has a blend of skincare extracts in there to hydrate and brighten and also Meadowsweet Extract for pores. Although I must confess, I am less conscious of my pore size since I have been using the Murad Retinol products.

The spray of the bareMinerals Dew Mist is super fine, and it also contains ultra-fine shimmer – so avoid if you hate any hint of shimmer, or use it as a primer under makeup, as it works really well like this too. Oilier skin types probably won’t like this.

If I want to add more glow during the day, I simply mist on to the sides of my face and avoid the t-zone, because that area glows on its own!! You just need a very light mist for a lovely soft glow. Make sure you give it a good shake before you spray.
