I wanted to show you the Aveda Tulasara Wedding Masque Overnight because I think it’s really interesting. The whole idea is that you use this to ensure you wake up with skin that’s as luminous and glowy as it would be on your wedding day. That’s some claim! Here are all the details.

I was keen to try this because I am quite a fan of the Aveda Tulasara Oleation Oil which you use with a dry brush to cleanse the skin. The whole Tulasara range is inspired by Ayurevda theory and practice and designed to deliver radiant and glowing skin.

If there is anything I want in life, it is radiant glowing skin! The new overnight Wedding masque range for face and eyes follows this theme and uses 97% naturally derived ingredients (including wonder spice Turmeric) to brighten and repair the skin.

Both products are gorgeously thick and creamy, almost balm-like, which I completely love. What is really interesting is that although it’s a heavy consistency it has a light, almost velvety finish on the skin with no unconfortable tackiness. I love an overnight mask but if it is sticky it tends to disturb my sleep a little. These products don’t do that at all. The eye mask is really smoothing.

Although I’d need rather a lot of makeup to achieve my wedding glow first thing in the morning, my skin is bouncy with hydration and bright after using this duo and it’s definitely a gorgeous product. It also smells amazing – really harmonising and calming so it’s a perfect pre-bedtime treat.
