A quick coat of Illamasqua’s Blizzard will bring the snow right to your fingertips! And it is so pretty! Perfect as a top coat, to revive a chipped manicure or alone. It is kind of matte and shimmery at the same time and I imagine it would look beauts over a whole range of colours.
