I get very excited about newness from Smith and Cult and these 2 new shades for Spring are just lovely. In the Smith and Cult Spring 2016 collection, we have The Bee Side and Subnormal and I have to say I am loving them both. Here are the swatches for you.

Smith and Cult Spring 2016 Shades

  • The Bee Side – Opaque Buttery Sunshine
  • Subnormal – Opaque Cement

Now I do like a nice concise collection. Instead of an overwhelming array of colours, we have 2 special shades that will have had a whole lot of work go in to their conception.

The founder of Smith and Cult, Dineh Mohajer, is hugely passionate about nails and colour, and her work is never boring.

Love the shades – I knew I would because the brand is just the essence of cool. My favourite of the tw0 is Subnormal, because it suits my skin tone better than The Bee Side. Also, Subnormal is opaque in one coat which is a super bonus.

      It is opaque in one coat but I always do 2 anyway – creature of habit. Yes the S&C formulation is really good and lasts really well.

  • These still don’t seem to have reached the uk yet 🙁 (also a little miffed they retail in the us for $18)
