X Factor TRESemme #TRESformation

Last Sunday I went backstage at the X Factor with TRESemme and literally had the best time ever. TRESemme’s styling team is headed up by recently crowned winner of the BHA men’s hairdresser of the year award, and all round good guy, Jamie Stevens. After watching the show, I had the opportunity to visit the X Factor TRESemme styling room and have a chat with Jamie.

So this little room is literally like a TRESemme hair paradise and it’s where all the contestants go to have their hair done for the all important competition.

Jamie told us that each week the creative meeting happens on Tuesdays where the TRESemme team meet with Brian Friedman to find out the theme and plan out the looks. Jamie has been doing this for 4 years now so this process has become quite natural although there are often last minute changes, as you can imagine!

While we were in the TRESemme room, Jamie had lots of visitors from the contestants!

It seems that Jamie and TRESemme have well and truly become part of their lives!!

X Factor TRESemme Hero Products

Jamie talked us through the hero products backstage:

And then we had a little wander round and bumped into some more recognisable faces!

It was such a great night!! And guess who my fave people were? Andrea Faustini and Jamie Stevens. Both chaps are so easy to talk to  and super friendly. I adore Andrea but I think Jamie has the edge because he can do hair!

Jamie’s place is safe so I am crossing everything for Andrea this weekend! Andrea for the win!!
