17 Jumbo Eyeliner Perk & Paint

The latest launch from Boots’ fab, affordable makeup brand 17 is the 17 Eyeliner Studio Collection. I was sent a sample of the 17 Perk and Paint Eyeliner – Instant Eye Brightener and Liner to try. Here it is!

It is a really creamy product made to make creating a messy, smudged and smokey look really easy.

You use the pink end in the inner corner of the eye and under the brow bone to brighten and open up your eye, then you use the black end along the lash lines and smudge it out with your finger.

Super simple to get a effortless grunge eye look!
