This sounds serious doesn’t it?! Well it is! Apparently vertical wrinkles (you know the ones that give us “bitchy resting face” ha!!) are much harder to get to grips with than horizontal wrinkles (happiness lines). The clinical trials were carried out in Brazil where women are way more ‘on it’ than us gals here in the UK when it comes to anti-ageing. The top level results? 8 out of 10 women said that they would postpone their next injectable filler. Wow!
The key to Vichy Liftactiv Advanced Filler’s power is the high concentation of Pure Retinol and its use for the first time in combination with L’Oreal’s patented super ingredient LR2412. Retinol (vitamin A derivative) is one of the most powerful anti-wrinkle products in existence, and LR2412 works on a levels of the skin to smooth, hydrate and repair.
This little power couple are a match made in heaven and LR2412’s soothing, hydrating power means that Retinol, at this high level, can be used on even sensitive skins. Now, although it’s called a filler, and the application system uses a nozzle, this product is actually intended for use all over the face. It has a wonderful light texture with a beautiful pearlescent quality that will really illuminate the skin and make a great base for makeup.
If you are prone to skin sensitivity, Pascale Mora, Director of Scientific Communication at Vichy labs suggests application once every 2 days to allow your skin to become used to retinol. Alway remember to wear SPF when using products that contain retinol.
So what results can we expect to see from Vichy Liftactiv Advanced Filler? Well lots but here are my highlights. After 1 month, a 20% reduction in crow’s feet wrinkles, at 2 months, a 30% reduction in upper lip wrinkles, 16% reduction in fown lines and 13% reduction in the nose to mouth lines.
All of this pretty much adds up to a much fresher, happier looking complexion. Bye bye bitchy resting face!!! I am going to get started as soon as I have finished my 7 Day skin Detox. Can’t wait!

Just bought this today and looking forward to seeing the frowns definitely turn upside down. Plus boots are having a 30% off on all Vichy products so go get yaself down there and take full advantage!! I sure did 😉
I bought this on a whim after reading up on retinol, intact that was the only reason I bought it; I don’t tend to buy into other beauty products unscientific hype.
And this is amazing! Already noticing a difference after a week. Been using it on my hands which also now look super smooth. Great product.
